COMMUNICATION
This is the key to the success of the project. As a design studio we pride ourselves our accessibility and clarity which technology allows us to do. Good drawings and documentation, Regular site visits, meeting notes, create effective communication of our intimate knowledge of the design.

COLOURS / MATERIALS PALLETTE
The selection of the appropriate materials drives the colour palette and is a function of the site and its unique set of characteristics. The exterior and interior colours are intrinsic with the architectural response to the site. We work through these carefully within our design studio to achieve the texture and drama in the design.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN
The landscape design is intrinsic with the design of the house and its relationship to the site. The arrival sequence of events is considered. How the entrance is introduced .How the spaces open out. The articulation of Outdoor rooms, service areas and fencing etc designed to optimise the site. View shafts, screening to neighbours, prevailing winds and topography is all considered in the design response.

ENGINEERING DRAFTING
It is important to note that the structural engineering drafting is a big component of the design detailing and documentation. We have found that it is best for us to do this engineering drafting for the engineer for clarity, efficiency and achieving timeframes. This price includes an estimation of time for this detailing based on previous experience.
