The scope of the services I offer can be divided into four main stages as follows:

Stage 3   DOCUMENTATION /CONSENTS
Stage 4   OBSERVATION OF THE CONTRACT WORKS

The design delivery would involve working through this process,

Stage 1   CONCEPT DESIGN
Defining the Brief, the wishlist and the budget
Qualifing Planning criteria;
Define Site information, levels, daylighting , setbacks , geotech requirements etc.
Concept Design - sketch ideas, materials, landscaping ideas intrinsic

Stage 2   DEVELOPED DESIGN
Concept Review /Refinement
Developed design and material selection
Load to CAD and develop 3D model / renders
Landscaping schematics
Final Design Approval
Engineering liaison

Stage 3   DOCUMENTATION
Architectural /Construction documentation

Electriacal Liasion, Lighting Design / Automation / Sound System / Heating Systems

Stage 4   OBSERVATION OF THE CONTRACT WORKS
Tender Issue/ tender management/ Tender review Analysis
